FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of cleaning gas from dust and can be used in various industries in pneumatic transport, air cleaning, aspiration. In a vortex dust collector with counter-swirling flows containing a body made of two cylindrical parts of different diameters and a conical hopper, an axial inlet of a dusty gas with a swirler, fairing and a baffle plate, as well as an axial branch pipe for discharging the purified gas located in the upper part of the body and a peripheral inlet of the secondary flow, the axial inlet of the dusted gas is made with a swirl-fairing that is a single body and consisting of a cylindrical cone, on the cylindrical part of which the blades of the spiral screw are rigidly fixed, and the section profile of the baffle plate is designed in such a way that its maximum diameter lies in the plane of connection of the cylindrical body parts, the blades of the spiral screw can be made to be connected with the fairing by methods of machining, stamping, rolling, etc., and the surfaces of the dust-laden gas injection and the housing are treated with a vibration dampening material, the ratio of the thickness of the workpieces to the thickness of the layer of the vibration damping material is in the ratio 1:(2.5…4), wherein it is connected by an axial branch pipe for discharging the purified gas with a fine filter, which includes a frame body with guard rails, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet nozzles, in this case, the collector is installed with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system with the control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the bag filter regeneration system with the pulse purging mechanism, which is provided with the control unit for each purge nozzle solenoid valve and is connected to the common regeneration control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the temperature sensor is installed in the inlet duct of the filter section, the emergency dust level sensor is installed in the dust collecting hopper, and the thermal automatic sensor-detector is installed in the outlet box of the filter section, outputs from which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet, each of the nozzles of the fire safety system of the device includes a housing with a swirl chamber and a nozzle.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the dust collection process and the safety of the system as a whole.
