FIELD: production of tubular membrane-type filter elements; micro- and ultra-filtration processes. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant for forming tubular membrane-type filter elements includes replenishment and flushing reservoirs mounted on frame, tube feeding and tube passing mechanisms, as well as mechanism for application of molding solution. This mechanism is made in form of die combined with metering reservoir. Base of said die is mounted on three- point spherical support for self-setting and engagement in extreme positions with flexible members located on the outside of movable spherical support. Flexible members are made in form of torsion springs secured at three points, thus forming equilateral triangle located tangentially and engageable with die base. Die is provided with circular taper bore at angle of 15-30 deg. on inner working diameter on side of tube passage. EFFECT: improved quality of tubular membrane-type filter elements. 5 cl, 4 dwg
