FIELD: physical or chemical processes and apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises tank mounted on the frame, mechanisms for feeding pipes, applying molding solution with floating die, and device for primary washing of diaphragms. The device for primary washing is made of a cylindrical vessel filled with distillated water and is actuated by the central shaft of the step mechanism. The shaft is provided with radial wire frames that divide the vessel into a specific number of sectors. The bottom of the vessel is provided with detachable disk provided with a locking member that prevents the vessel against rotation. The disk is provided with bottom support of the central shaft and U-shaped guide made of Archimedes spiral. The photodetector that detects the moment of breaking the pipes is interposed between the floating die and device for primary washing in the line of passing pipes. The pipes are provided with satellites-weights that are made of rod mounted inside the pipe . The end of the rod is provided with the nozzle made of flexible polymeric material that allows the rod to be locked with respect to the inner diameter of the pipe.
