FIELD: mechanic.

SUBSTANCE: head of the cutter has holes for feeding the heating, cutting oxygen, and gaseous fuel. The mixer is connected with the head through the conic surface and includes "n" cylindrical surfaces for mixing, separated ring chambers for feeding the heating oxygen and gaseous fuel with "n" outlets and channels for feeding of cutting oxygen. The outside adjutage is connected to the mixer and fixed with a cap screw. Installed in the outside adjutage is an internal adjutage made with a spitz in the lower part, forming together with the outside adjutage ring cylindrical channel and a spitz channel for feeding of gaseous mixture, and includes channel for feeding the cutting oxygen. The hole inlets are connected with the outlets of the device for feeding the heating, cutting oxygen and other gases to the head. The lower part of the inside adjutage with the spitz has a conical profile, with the smaller diameter at the working top, and, together with the inside surface of outside adjutage, forms the spitz channels connected by smooth pass with a ring channel between the adjutages. Each cavity for mixing is like an injection chamber. The first and second inlets of the cavities are connected to the required metering hole with one of the outlets ring chamber for feeding the heating oxygen and the ring chamber for feeding the gaseous fuel. The relation of the total diameter of the metering holes for gaseous fuel to the total diameter of cavities for the heating oxygen, to the total diameter of the mixer cavities, and to the total nominal diameters of the spitz is as follows: 1.5÷1.8: 1: 2.2÷3.1: 2.2÷4.2. The nominal diameter of spitz is D=4·n·a·c, where a is the height, c is the width of the spitz, n is the amount of spitzes.

EFFECT: increased quality of gaseous mixture; excluding burnt spot during backfire and danger of emergency situation while increasing stability of fire burning and cutting speed.
