LOAD-LIFTING AND TRANSPORTATION DEVICE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; agriculture; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for lifting and transportation of loads in greenhouses contains load trucks and load-gripping hangers and frames. Frames are higher-coupled with fixed supports located along greenhouse section with arrangement of each frame in space between posts of greenhouse section and between lifting loads which are essentially heating appliances suspended from support posts of skeleton with possibility of turning the frames in vertical plane to both sides from greenhouse posts. Frame turning mechanism includes pulley block whose fixed pulleys are secured on skeleton and movable pulley is secured on free side of frame and which is furnished with pulley secured on skeleton and arranged between strand of said pulley block. Each frame is furnished with reach mechanism containing truck with cantilevers installed on frame guides, and pulley blocks. Load trucks are installed on guides of said frames for displacement by means of pulley blocks. Pulley blocks of frame reach adjusters and pulley blocks of load trucks are furnished flexible traction members wound on and secured on corresponding drums installed on drive shafts and connected by free ends to corresponding tension and compensating devices installed on corresponding frames, being successively laid over movable pulleys mounted on said trucks, fixed pulleys and guide rollers mounted on frame and skeleton. Load-gripping hangers are hinge-connected by some sides with load trucks and trucks with cantilevers for turning in vertical planes being made for hinge coupling with loads.
