FIELD: control systems of glass vessel transportation units; transportation of glass vessels from molding machine to roasting furnace. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of transportation of glass vessels from many fixed plates of molding machine consisting of individual sections includes installation of molding machine conveyer adjoining molding machine, placing the molding machine conveyer in operation by means of first AC motor, installation of many 90-deg shifting units for motion of vessels from many fixed plates to molding machine conveyer, placing each shifting unit in operation by means of second AC motor, installation of crossing conveyer located perpendicularly relative to molding machine conveyer and placing this conveyer in operation by means of third AC motor, installation of endless chain transporting unit for motion of glass vessels from molding machine conveyer to crossing conveyer, placing chain transporting unit in operation by means of fourth AC motor, installation of roasting furnace with conveyer, placing furnace conveyer in operation by means of fifth AC motor, installation of furnace conveyer provided with reciprocating pusher rod for motion of group of glass vessels from crossing conveyer to furnace conveyer and placing the reciprocating pusher rod in operation in way transversal relative to crossing conveyer by means of sixth AC motor. Method includes additionally measurement and control of speed of all AC motors. Speed of each AC motor is regulated with no change in gear ratio of gear box or drives of drive sprocket.
