FIELD: glass industry; mechanical engineering; methods and the devices for production of the hollow glass products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to method and the machine, such as the bottles, jars, glasses and other glass products by the use of execution of the following processes: blow molding, press-and-blow molding, the press-and-blow molding with usage of the molds a carbon coating or the direct compression molding in the machine for the glass products molding containing a set of the sections. The method according to the invention contains the following phases: first they mould the preliminary product or the glass billet in the inverted orientation in the mold for the glass billet and in the first movable apical mold, which is held by the turning-over device containing the first lever and the second lever - diametrically opposite to the first one, both of which may be turned through the angle of 180° using the method of the round-type feeding to the given angle. At that each of the levers holds the apical mold; then the glass billet held by the first apical mold turn over by means of turning by the first lever through the angle of 180° with support of its vertical orientation on the intermediate site. At that at this site they ensure the repeated heating of the glass billet and its drawing, while the second lever with the second apical mold will be simultaneously mounted on the site of the glass billet molding for execution of other cycle of the glass billet molding; the first apical mold holding the first glass billet in the vertical position move by the semi-circular trajectory from the intermediate site to the site of the blow molding by the device for relocation in the longitudinal direction; The first glass billet is released into the blowing mould and the first apical mold is returned the first lever of the turning-over device on the intermediate site for the repeated location on the site of the glass billets molding by the method of turning-over of the first lever additionally through the angle of 180° thereby completing the turning by the angle of 360°, while the second lever reaches the intermediate site for performing the cycle of the relocation. The first glass billet is subjected to the blowing in the blowing mold to mold the finished product; the finished product in its vertical orientation is relocated along the semi-circular trajectory as soon as the blow mold is opened by the unloading tool for blowing. At that the finished product is placed on the stationary plate for cooling or transferred onto the conveyor belt.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the hollow glass products using the described method and the glass molding machine.
