FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of synthetic rubber production processes and may be employed in production of butyl rubber at a variety process design. When preparing blend, predetermined blend component proportions, concentration and temperature of blend are maintained in dynamic state. Copolymerization reactors are preliminarily cooled with specified velocity by feeding cooling agent into barrel and jacket of reactor and automatic start of reactors for specified copolymerization reaction temperature range is performed. When running processes emergency microcontrollers are used, which are launched automatically. EFFECT: improved quality of rubber and increased productivity of equipment. 4 cl, 1 dwg
