FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the charge from isobutylene, isoprene and reflexive chloromethylisobutylene hydrocarbon fraction followed by copolymerization of isobutylene with isoprene in the presence of Friedel- Kraft catalyst. Method involves also deactivation of catalyst with stopper, degasification for some steps, rubber isolation from an aqueous dispersion and regeneration of diluting agent - methyl chloride and unpolymerized monomers. Solution of triisobutylaluminium in paraffin or aromatic hydrocarbon is added to isoprene flow at amount 10-25% of Friedel- Kraft catalyst mass. Content of triisobutylaluminium in charge is controlled by rectification of isoprene flow part treated with triisobutylaluminium that provides maintaining aromatic hydrocarbon in total isoprene flow at the range from 0.05% to 0.25% of isoprene mass. The produced butylrubber is used in medicinal and petrochemical industries. EFFECT: decreased specific raw consumption, increased cycle time, enhanced quality of product. 3 cl, 2 tbl, 1 dwg
