SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical detergents used for treatment of equipments in dairy industry for elimination of burn-on and "milky stone" wherein this equipment is made of glass, plastics, metal or combination of indicated materials. Indicated agent comprises the following components, wt. -%: anionic surface-active substance, 0.6-1.0; perborate and/or sodium perborate, 15.0-17.0; sodium tripolyphosphate, 17.0-20.0; sodium sulfate, 20,0- -25.0; sodium carbonate, the balance, up to 100. Invention provides creation of detergent with high cleansing and disinfecting indices of agent, its reducing consumption, treatment time and reduced foam formation.
