FLOW LINE FOR REGENERATION OF FLAT TEXTILE MATERIAL WASTES Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: flow line has feeding conveyor and feeding units. First feeding unit has feeding table and three rolls. Roll first in the course of advancement of product is provided with elastic cover and pressed to feeding conveyor roller and to end part of feeding table concentric thereto. Second roll next to first roll is made saw-shaped. Third roll has working surface with helical grooves alternately oriented in different directions. Feeding table of first feeding unit is positioned for reciprocation in longitudinal direction. Flow line is further equipped with scutching section, combing section having drums covered with saw-shaped fittings, and condensers. Flow line is used for disconnecting and regeneration of flat textile materials (cloth, knitted fabric, non-woven web patches) for utilizing thereof as fibrous raw material for manufacture of textile products. EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to intensified scrap processing and elimination of shortening of fibers during regeneration process.
