FIELD: textiles; paper.

SUBSTANCE: device for recycling textile wastes contains a source point with a drafting device, which consists of rollers, covered with saw-toothed fillet, conveyor and feed rollers, loosening unit. The number of rollers which are covered with saw-toothed fillet corresponds to two pairs. The loosening unit is a hollow vapour-carrying shaft on the helical line of which there are blades with an adjustable angle of rotation and steam blowers. The loosening unit is put inside a cylindrical working chamber, coaxial to the loosening unit. The working chamber is at an adjustable angle to the horizontal and is provided with a system for automatic regulation of air temperature and moisture. A steam generator with regulated steam supply, cleaning and return of spent condensate consists of a tank with a device for dosed water supply and an evaporation reservoir with an electrical heater joined to it, and a branch conveyor. An external deformation unit consists of a section of a working chamber with flexible inner toothed plates, installed with provision for reverse rotation, and a device for automatic regulation of relative speed of the blade shaft and toothed plates and inclination angle of the axis of the working chamber with two sensors for detecting filling of the chamber, type and degree of loosening of material at the input and output of the working chamber.

EFFECT: proposed device increases efficiency of the process of separating fibres, intensifies production of shreds and prevents considerable shrinking of fibre in the recycling process.
