FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices providing normal operation of vehicles, namely, to brakes in which braking is effected by throttling of fluid medium flow proposed hydraulic brake contains cylinder accommodating piston with rod. Partition with throttling hole is installed in piston space. Braking parameters setting unit is arranged in rod space. Said unit is made in form of cylinder travel limiter and piston travel limiter installed in rod space of cylinder. Piston rod and cylinder with limiter are spring-loaded relative to cylinder travel limiter by springs. Rigidity on one of spring is chosen to provide pressure on piston rod when spring is compressed exceeding friction between piston and cylinder surface. EFFECT: amplified design, provision of possibility of braking without additional power sources. 2 cl, 3 dwg
