FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar energy engineering and provides increase of accumulating capacity and independent control of heat condition of building. It can be used in heat supply systems of buildings. Proposed wall panel includes outer wall made of light transparent material and filled with phase transition heat accumulating material, for instance Na2SO410H2O with melting point of 24-32oC, ΔHm=250kJ/kg which plays the part of protective screen becoming transparent for sun rays at melting and non-transparent at crystallization, thus decreasing heat losses. Said panel is in contact at one side with heat- absorbing accumulating inner wall and at other side, with air channel through which circulation of air in provided by control of degree of opening of gate by means of temperature controller.
