FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating vertebral deformation in children, kyphotic and rotation, in particular. The method deals with cutting soft tissues along spinous processes closing kyphotic curvature, subperiosteal opening their posterior structures. One should predetect the presence of rotation vertebral deformation, its direction and level, and at applying flexible endocorrector one should first fix its end to vertebra being 1 or 2 segments higher against rotation level, at rotation-opposite side, then between spinous processes flexible endocorrector should be withdrawn onto opposite side and to bring it nearer towards inferior neutral vertebra and tighten up. Before fixing flexible endocorrector upon neutral vertebrae one should remove rotation vertebral deformation due to repeated tightening endocorrector up.
