FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. An anterior lateral surface of wedged vertebral body is accessed ventrally at a vertex of deformation. From posterior access, dorsal tools are inserted along the line of spinous processes of vertebras. The ventral accessing is followed with osteotomy of lower edge of the vertebral body at the angle ventrally open from anterior surface of the vertebral body to the inferior surface of the vertebral body keeping a space 5 mm to posterior longitudinal ligament. Then from posterior access, a polysegmental endocorrector LSZ is mounted with its retainers attached to arches of vertebral bodies from both sides of the base of spinous processes.

EFFECT: creation of optimum conditions for static and dynamics restoration of kyphosed spinal column, simplification of thechnique, ensured by ease of surgery technique, minimum invasiveness and elimination of the external immobilisation stage.
