FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing manufactured from indifferent polymer enclosing chambers. Valves are mounted between chambers containing cellular culture and a chamber where filtrate is concentrated. The valves hinder reversed flow of the filtrate. Remotely controlled valve is mounted between chamber where filtration takes place and tube. Chamber wall where filtrate concentration takes place is manufactured from membrane permeable for water that lets water pass into space between the chamber and casing. The filtered liquid is returned to blood circulation circuit via anastomosis to vein. The membrane through which filtration into chamber containing cellular culture takes place is manufactured as arterial blood vessel prosthesis or artery-to-vein anastomosis.
