FIELD: medicine, transplantology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with improving life quality in endocrinological patients which require constant substitution therapy. Device contains a polymeric body that includes a cavity for cell culture and semi-permeable materials. One of body's surfaces is a membrane being impermeable for high-molecular proteins and designed in the form of prosthesis of arterial vessel or arteriovenous anastomosis; another surface is a membrane with possibility to transmit hormones and not to transmit elements and designed in the form of prosthesis of venous vessel. The innovation provides constancy of substitution therapy in patients with chronic renal failure and other failures.
