SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. An atreriovenous fistula is created between the common iliac artery and the common iliac vein. That is ensured by delivering a prosthesis in subcutaneous fat of the anterior abdominal wall and creating a loop-shaped tunnel.

EFFECT: method enables forming a permanent vascular access for haemodialysis possessing a high aesthetic effect without limiting motion activity, providing the high haemodialysis efficacy in the patients with the used vascular age.
