FIELD: manufacture of building materials; preparation of clay raw materials for molding in brick production process. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of raw material, drying in heat-transfer agent flow, grinding, selecting dried material of dust fraction by means of dust accumulation system and homogenization of mass thus obtained. Dust fraction is activated and mixed with remaining dried and ground material in the amount of 2-12% of total mass of raw material. Production line of preparation of clay raw material includes preliminary clay loosening unit, feeder, drying drum connected with dust collection system by means of waste heat-transfer agent handling pipe line, grinder and rod-type mixer combined in single production chain. It is provided with activator for dust fraction of dried raw material communicated with dust discharge branch pipe of dust collection system at inlet and with rodtype mixer at outlet; feeder is provided with weighing system.
