SUBSTANCE: processing line comprises conveyance sections to supply raw material components provided with hoppers and metering means, binding agent preparation section including mixing means, pelletizer, thermal pellet treatment apparatus, liming hydrator, sand blend preparation section, ready product section including press, autoclave and vehicles. Conveyance sections additionally have rippers installed on hoppers and provided with grates. Distance between grate-bars of the grates is 50-100 mm. Conveyance sections also have stone-separating rolls, hammer crusher, disintegrator located at hoppers for clay material, limestone waste and heat power plant waste supply correspondingly, as well as continuously-operating weighting proportioning means. Bonding agent preparation means comprises reactor with disc supply means used as the liming hydrator. Thermal pellet treatment apparatus is sintering machine and additionally fine rod mill. Sand blend preparation section comprises rod mixer-attritor and additionally includes loam mill and slurry tank having gate-impeller mixer.

EFFECT: increased homogeneity of obtained blend; provision of total binding agent pellet liming in accordance with specified component ratio; increased efficiency, production economy and final product quality along with decreased product manufacturing costs.
