FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to windmills converting wind energy into other types of energy, mainly electric energy. According to invention, windmill contains platforms mounted n circular path, each including mechanically connected car or barrow and blade or sail and it is provided additionally with vertical post and wind vane. Each platform contains additionally unit to change orientation and fix position of blade interacting with blade and wind vane. Proposed windmill is made sensitive to weak flows of wind with provision of automatic control of speed of rotation of output shaft and increased power output of plant.
