FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant contains the following devices mounted in tandem from bottom to top on tubing string: liner, hydraulic impulse device, packer and jet pump with active nozzle and mixing chamber installed in pump housing and channel for admission of active medium, channel to deliver medium pumped out of well and two-stage through channel are made. Replaceable functional inserts can be installed in two-stage through channel, one insert is locking and provided with through channel and the other is depression one. Active nozzle from side of inlet is closed by locking insert, when the latter is installed, and is open to pass active medium when depression insert is installed. Said insert, when installed, closes cross section of tubing string. Packer is provided with central channel and hydraulic impulse device consists of two parts, stationary and lowering one. In stationary part installed on tubing string lower than packer, two-step through channel is made to pass instruments and device secured on logging cable or wire for investigation and treatment of productive stratum, for instance, perforator or radiator and receiver-converter of physical fields and accommodation of lowering part of hydraulic impulse device made in form of insert and replaceable functional inserts for investigation and treatment of productive stratum and formation fluid. Replaceable functional inserts and lowering part of hydraulic impulse device are made with possibility of passing through stepped through channel of jet pump an central hole of packer, and diameter of lower step of through channel of stationary part of hydraulic impulse device is at least 1 mm less than diameter of lower step of jet pump through channel.
