FIELD: continuously operated sorption machines, plants or systems. SUBSTANCE: cooling absorption machine of "Platen-Munters" system has generator for coolant evaporation into solvent, solvent separator for solvent separation from coolant, condenser for coolant liquefaction and evaporator for coolant evaporation by dry gas. Cooling machine may comprise the first gas heat-exchanger and absorber in which evaporated coolant is introduced into coolant-solvent mixture and resultant mixture is repeatedly evaporated. Evaporator outlet or outlet of the first gas heat-exchanger located behind evaporator and generator outlet run into bypass extending to absorber. Mixture of evaporated coolant and dry gas supplying from evaporator and flowing through the first gas heat-exchanger is guided to generator outlet and then through bypass where mixture is brought into contact with hot partly degassed solution flowing from generator for coolant removal from solution. EFFECT: increased efficiency even at relative low temperature of heat source (75 C). 10 cl, 5 dwg
