FIELD: feed industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of granulated feed. The method includes granulation of bulk feed with the introduction of a liquid component, which is a suspension of phototrophic biomass of the chlorella microalgae, sequential drying and cooling of the granulated feed, grinding of the resulting product and its subsequent fractionation to obtain three fractions: large, medium and small, supply of the large fraction for grinding and output of the middle fraction as a finished product. The device for implementing the method contains a bioreactor for producing a suspension of phototrophic biomass; mixer for introducing a suspension of phototrophic biomass into bulk feed; press granulator; a vertical column divided into drying and cooling zones; roller grinder; a two-sieve sifting machine for fractionating bulk feed into large, medium and small fractions; operational bunkers for medium and small fractions; continuous coating machine; recuperative heat exchangers; steam heater, steam generator for preparing superheated steam. To prepare a low-temperature refrigerant, which uses tosol cooling fluid, an ammonia-water absorption refrigeration unit is provided.
EFFECT: improved quality of granulated feed.
