SUBSTANCE: proposed device has burner working on organic fuel, heat exchanger, thermo- electric batteries, heat exchanger absorbing heat from thermoelectric battery, water heater located above hat exchangers and load-bearing frame. Provision is made for compressive members of plate type for example. Temperature differential at cold junctions of thermo-electric batteries is minimum in proposed device.
