FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to metrology, to measurement of electrical parameters and control of metrological characteristics during calibration of measuring instruments. Method of imitation verification of measuring instruments – MI using a complex contains: a) simulation and reproduction of signals of measuring transducers – MT, corresponding to the type of measuring channel – MC of the verified MI; b) transmitting signals to measuring inputs of electronic units – EU of verified MI; c) collection and processing of readings of verified MI; d) comparing the obtained readings of the verified MI with the values of the reproduced signals and calculating the error; e) determining the error of the calibrated MC of the verified MI; f) comparison of values of MC errors with limits for verified channels; g) generating a conclusion on compliance. Flow MT are used as measuring transducers, temperature MT – thermal converters and thermal resistances, pressure MT with current output, volume MT with pulse output for control of metrological characteristics during verification of MI. Depending on the type of MC, the reproduced signals are transmitted to the corresponding measuring inputs of the EU.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the method of imitating verification of measuring instruments.
