SUBSTANCE: invention comprises a radio receiver, an analogue-to-digital converter, a first digital signal demodulator, wherein a signal from the output of a personal computer is transmitted to the control input of the radio receiver, the first input of he personal computer is connected to a software unit and the second input is connected through a signal line to the output of the analogue-to-digital converter; there is a second digital signal demodulator, a signal-to-noise ratio metre, a bit error probability metre, a signal stream dividing unit, an indicator and an electronic switch.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the apparatus for technical monitoring of digital signals owing to classification of PCMA signals and monitoring several stations operating at the same frequency.
