FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used to monitor “Earth-SC” space radio links. For this purpose, system for monitoring “Earth-SC” space radio links comprises radiating Earth station, radio signal which propagates in direction of spacecraft through medium with a local area of intensive scattering in troposphere, forming a reflected signal, a ground receiving station tropospheric reflected signal of “Earth-SC” space radio link, including antenna system, induced by intensive local region dispersal in troposphere radio signal of “Earth-SC” space radio link, and a receiving device of reflected signal of “Earth-SC” space radio link, consistent with frequency of emitted signal of “Earth-SC” space radio link, wherein output of receiving device ground station tropospheric receiving reflected signal of “Earth-SC” space radio link is connected to input of ground hardware monitoring signal of space radio link.
EFFECT: technical result is broader capability for remote monitoring of all types of radio links, including command space radio link, radio link for long-range space communication, coherent radio link with on-board processing, ensuring stealthiness of monitoring.
