FIELD: medicine, phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: method can be used in treatment of caseous pneumonia. On the background of carrying out anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy method involves prescription of the following drugs as daily dosing: isoniazid, 5 mg per 1 kg of body mass (mg/kg) of patient, rifampicin, 10 mg/kg, pyrazinamide, 25 mg/kg, and streptomycin, 15 mg/kg and abisib additionally, by 1 table spoon, 3 times per a day, 30 min before eating and its phytoncide fraction, by 2 table spoons, before dinner being dissolved preliminary in 50 ml of water. Invention promotes to the enhanced effectiveness of treatment of patients with caseous pneumonia by means of elimination of intoxication symptoms, normalization of blood system indices, reducing adverse responses to anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy using the preparation of vegetable origin abisib and its phytoncide fraction.
