FIELD: phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: in the first days of antituberculous chemotherapy, patient additionally receives endobronchially surfactant BL or HL in doses 10-25 mg daily or each other day over 3-8-weeks period. Such strategy reduces treatment time, suppress bacterioexcretion in the course of 1 to 4 months, eliminates destructive alterations in 2 to 6 months, and stabilizes tuberculosis process in treatment- unpromising patients.
