SUBSTANCE: process of cleaning includes stabilization of working voltage by prevention of warping of plates of receiving electrodes. To this end, electric filter is provided with multichannel plates of receiving electrodes which are mounted in connecting parts at clearance; amount of clearance between each lateral side of multichannel plate and guide plates of connecting part and clearance between each fin of each module multi-channel plate and bottom of slot formed by guide plates of connecting part is related to thickness of module multichannel plate as 0.1-0.8:0.4-0.9:1.
