FIELD: filtration technics. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns treating corrosive gases in fertilizer production and other areas. In a method of manufacturing precipitation electrodes from polypropylene-based materials with conducting fillers including thermal formation of electrode elements in the form of multichannel plates, assemblage, and joining of plates, the latter operation is accomplished by the aid of welding joints made in separate sites by single-step melting-through of multichannel plates with joining elements assembled in slot followed by applying compression with force 5 to 30 kg in the executed hole region for 5 to 30 s. To that end, tool heated to 300-360 C is used. Invention provides rigidity of precipitation electrodes structure allowing them to stand temperature gradients and high speeds (up to 3-4 m/s) of gas under treatment.
