FIELD: gasses purification. SUBSTANCE: electrical filter is characterized by lower labour usage, lower metal and materials consumption , usage of polymeric materials, that are providing heat removal from electrodes operational surface of no less than 70 % of heat power, emitted during electrical strike through interelectrode space and having specific surface resistance of no more than 1) 103 ohm.m. Polluted gas enters electrical filter active zone, that has sediment electrodes 2 and coronal electrodes 3, between which there is nonuniform electrostatic field formed by nonfinished coronal discharge of negative value and grounded sediment electrodes. Polluting gas particles under action of coronal discharge negative (mainly) charge and under action of nonuniform electrostatic field and presence of charges in significant number of particles the particles are moving towards electrodes (mainly to sediment electrodes 2) and are settling on them. Then they are removed from sediment electrodes by washing or under action of their own mass (in cases of liquid particles). EFFECT: improved purification of gasses. 6 cl, 8 dwg
