SUBSTANCE: method of magnetizable fibers, particularly reinforcing metal threads, distribution in wet binding material involves supplying means 15 for fibers distribution having non-magnetic wall which includes the first part 17A, the second part 17B and magnetic member formed such that the first part 17A is leading part and the second part 17B is trailing part; bringing into contact the first and the second parts 17A, 17B with high-viscous material; applying movable magnetic field to viscous material through the first wall 15 part 17A for magnetic field transfer to fibers F. Device for equal fibers distribution comprises means 15 for fibers distribution having magnetic wall. The wall has the first part 17A and the second part 17B. Magnetic member 18 disposed near the first wall part 17A directs magnetic field in viscous material through the first part 17A. Device comprises control means 14 for regulation of device 15 movement with the purpose of fibers distribution into viscous material such that the first part 17A is located in front of the second part. The first and the second parts are brought into contact with viscous material. EFFECT: possibility of fibers equal distribution in one or two directions, decreased reinforcing material consumption, possibility of fibers concentration in predetermined areas of structure. 20 cl, 7 dwg
