FIELD: construction, road engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of dry material preparation for use as road surface of ultrahigh strength, and also to dry granulated material, manufactured with the help of method, and besides, this invention relates to method of application of road surface of ultrahigh strength in the form of monolith or on cushion. Method for preparation of dry material for use as asphalt of ultrahigh strength, therefore during application it is only necessary to add water into dry material. Method includes the following stages: drying and heating of stone and sand fillers; mixing of fillers with hot bitumen to form hot mixture; addition of binder in the form of cement or cement binder and optionally other additives into hot mixture, while bitumen-coated fillers become non-sticky, at the same time hot mixture is maintained at the temperature of more than 40°C; storage of hot mixture and cooling of mixture, so that it is stored at the temperature of below 40°C. At the same time in process of use it is only necessary add water to produced dry material for activation of binder to create asphalt of ultrahigh strength. Also dry granulated material and method of road surface application are described.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness, reduced time for arrangement of road surface of asphalt.
