FIELD: production of mechanical rubber goods, applicable for salvaging, for example, of tires and other shock-proof goods for production of secondary raw material. SUBSTANCE: a rotating tire is subjected to a mechanical action and rubber is separated from the cord and bead rings simultaneously over the entire surface being in the area of action of the actuator. Rubber is separated by cutting. The whole cycle of processing is divided into stages, whose total number N is determined from formula:N=2+n, where n - the quantity of stages of cord cutting equal to the quantity of cords, 2 - the quantity of the rubber cutting stages. In the stage of rubber cutting a group of fixed high-pressure hydraulic jets serves as an actuator, their quantity m is determined from formula: m = L/(d+d•1•tgβ), where L - the length of the outer generating line of the tire, d - the diameter of the channel of the jet nozzle, l= 5 to 7 mm - the optimum experimentally determined distance from the jet nozzle section to the tire surface at the beginning of the cycle, β = 60 - a half of the theoretical angle of opening of the high-pressure hydraulic jet at the outlet of the jet nozzle and acting normally to the outer generating line of the tire and angle α = 0÷90° to the tire surface. In the stage of cord cutting a group of three hydroabrasive jets serves as an actuator. Two of the jets act in parallel with the axis of tire rotation, they are directed towards each other. The tire is positioned between them. The jets are fixed in the course of the stage for simultaneous radial displacement. One of the jets acts perpendicularly to the axis of rotation on the side of the cord cleaned of rubber for reciprocating motion. The device for salvaging of worn-out tires has a mechanism for rotation about the vertical axis of the cross-shaped plate with radial grooves and centering stops installed in them, and a cutting tool. The centering stops are made without chamfers of the surface facing the plate ends for enveloping by this surface of both bead rings of the processed tire, and are connected to the movable rods of the air cylinder fixed on the plate. The cutting tool consists of two mandrels, the first of which is fixed on the bed and provides for attachment of the hydraulic nozzles. The second mandrel is installed on the bed for radial movement, provides for attachment of two hydroabrasive nozzles and a single hydroabrasive nozzle installed for reciprocating motion. The mandrels and the nozzle are connected to the power-generating hydraulic unit via switching devises. EFFECT: provided complete salvaging of the tire irrespective of the standard size with production of pure rubber crumb without any cord fragments, and production of cords and bead rings cleaned of rubber; enhanced capacity of the process. 2 cl, 7 dwg
