Abstract RU 2224853 C1

FIELD: building units, particularly for building walls construction. SUBSTANCE: wall unit comprises face layer and inner layer, the first ridge and the first groove symmetrically formed on opposite end edges thereof, two identically formed asbestoscement connections having equal dimensions. Asbestos-cement connections are symmetrically connected to inner surfaces of face and inner layers and offset relative end edges thereof. The first ridge formed on end edge of face layer has trapezoidal cross-section in horizontal plane. The first ridge height is less than the first groove depth. The first groove has the same shape as the first ridge. The first groove is formed on opposite end edge of face layer. Inner surface of face and inner layers has side and central reinforcing ribs. The second and the third grooves are made on opposite end edges of face layer in the area located beyond the first ridge and the first groove relative outer surface of face layer. The second and the third grooves are symmetric to one another and have identical trapezoidal cross-sections in horizontal plane. The second groove is formed from the side of the first ridge. The third groove depth is greater than the second groove depth. The second ridge and the forth groove are located on opposite end edges of inner layer. The second vertical ridge and the forth vertical groove are symmetric to each other and have identical trapezoidal shape. The second ridge extends from the side of the first ridge. The forth groove depth is greater than the second ridge height. Upper parts of side reinforcing ribs formed on face and inner layers from the side of the first and the second ridges have the first horizontal wedge-like members. Lower parts of reinforcing ribs comprise the first horizontal wedge-like chamfers formed congruently to the first wedge-like members. Upper parts of central extensions made on face and inner layers have the second vertical wedge- like members. Lower parts of central extensions comprise the second wedge-like chamfers formed congruently to the second wedge-like members. Diaphragm of vapor-permeable material extends from reinforcing rib ends of facial layer parallel to face layer. Gap between diaphragm and inner surface of inner layer and asbestos-cement connections is filled with heat-insulating material.
