SUBSTANCE: refuse chute for building with service stores or without service stores comprises well sealed in upper part thereof, loading flaps and vent channel arranged parallel to well and passed in refuse chamber. Refuse chute has pipes located on service store and other store levels. Pipes have controllable throttle flaps. One throttle flaps communicate with refuse chute well, vent channel and with atmosphere. Perforated detachable gates are located in connection areas between pipes and refuse chute well.
