FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to garbage ducts of buildings and facilities for their cleaning and disinfection. Building garbage chute is configured to lock lower opening of barrel and controlled overlapping of communication of barrel cavity with atmosphere, wherein in the wall of the lower part of the barrel and / or in the lower gate, there is a window for insertion of hot air into the cavity of the barrel and, coaxially to the window on the wall and / or on the gate, there is a branch pipe for connection of the hot air supply of the disinfecting apparatus to it. Disinfection is carried out by supplying to trunk of garbage duct from below upwards under pressure of hot air heated to temperature of 200 °C, with subsequent control of air temperature and pressure in the barrel cavity. Disinfecting plant comprises an electric air heater and a hot air blower communicated therewith, which is equipped with a nozzle for communicating with the garbage chute trunk cavity.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labor input and efficiency of disinfection of garbage chute.
