FIELD: information exchange equipment used during well-boring. SUBSTANCE: device has upper and lower metallic switches in form of pipe portions with portions of conical threads in upper and lower parts and dielectric insert between them. Dielectric insert is made of insulating compositional material in form of pipe portion with portions of conical threads on the ends and is screwed together with conical threads portions of metallic switches in upper and lower parts. Inner diameter of insert is less than inner diameter of metallic switches. Inner cylindrical surfaces of insert may be smoothly connected with inner surfaces of said switches.
