FIELD: heat engineering, in particular, heating pipes, applicable for heat abstraction from miniature thermal stressed objects for example, elements of radioelectronic instruments and computers requiring an effective heat abstraction at minimum overall dimensions of the cooling system. SUBSTANCE: the evaporative chamber of the contour heating pipe has a casing including the side and end face walls and a capillary-porous packing with vapor-delivery ducts combined by a steam-heated still positioned on part of the packing perimeter on the side of heat abstraction and an asymmetric longitudinal hole shifted to the opposite side of heat abstraction; the end faces of the vapor-delivery ducts are made blind on one side, besides, the asymmetric longitudinal hole is also made blind on the side opposite the blind end faces of the vapor-delivery ducts, and the steam-heated still is formed by one of the end face walls of the casing and the end face of the packing. Besides, according to the invention, the cross-section of the asymmetric longitudinal hole has the shape of a rectangle lengthened towards heat abstraction and restricted from the opposite side by the casing wall. The cross-section of the asymmetric longitudinal hole may have the shape of a wedge, whose vertex faces the heat abstraction side, and the casing wall serves as a base. The cross-section of the asymmetric longitudinal hole may also have the shape of a segment, whose chord faces the heat abstraction side, and the casing wall serves as an are. EFFECT: enhanced heat duty of the evaporative chamber at a preset operating temperature and reduced its overall dimensions. 8 cl, 7 dwg
