FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting local infectiousinflammatory pathology in mature newborns at the first month of their life: in 5-7-d-aged newborns one should detect the content of CD4+CD95+ lymphocytes and at its value being equal to 4.5% and more it is possible to predict the onset of infectious-inflammatory diseases in neonatal period. The present innovation enables to predict local neonatal infectious-inflammatory pathology till the onset of clinical signs of the above-mentioned disease.
