FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for early prediction of infectious and inflammatory diseases outcome for extremely premature infants, relative content of GranzymeB+ cells is determined in neutrophil Gate on day 1-2 of life. At GranzymeB+ neutrophils relative content equal to or less than 39%, a favorable outcome of infectious and inflammatory pathology for extremely premature infants is predicted, and at its content exceeding 39% - death.
EFFECT: application of this method allows to predict the outcomes of infectious and inflammatory pathology, including combined and generalized, for extremely premature infants in a timely manner to adjust and strengthen the assigned treatment and thereby improve the outcome.
