FIELD: design of side walls of ink-feeding machines of typographic printing presses. SUBSTANCE: side wall of ink-feeding machine of typographic printing press has at least two plated placed at some distance from one another and intermediate plate showing frontal edge in the form of arc of circle and mounted between two plates for translation and rocking. Frontal edge of this intermediate plate is meant to enter into close contact circle surface of cylinder of ink-feeding machine by means of pressing aid acting on intermediate plate. This side wall has guide in which plates are installed. This guide includes reinforced zone on one of its sides that is intended for location in close proximity to cylinder of ink-feeding machine. EFFECT: improved tightness between walls and base of ink-feeding machine, simplified design and decreased manufacturing cost. 10 cl, 3 dwg
