SUBSTANCE: disclosed inking mechanism comprises: a base; plate; an extension and retraction mechanism for extending and withdrawing the board along the extension and retraction directions; and a thin sheet arranged on the base, having multiple holes containing balls, and having thickness that is less than diameter of said balls. Plate is located above thin sheet and rests on balls.
EFFECT: inking mechanism is proposed.
