FIELD: document organizing equipment. SUBSTANCE: folder has two sheets of rigid material, rear section for resilient connecting of sheets with one another, flap manufactured from rigid material and connected to at least one of sheets, and connecting side parts adapted for connecting of flap with at least one of said sheets along its side edges. Flap is kept at distance from at least one of said sheets. Connecting side parts are attached to flap and one of said sheets by means of mechanical joints. Folder has individual fastening members, which are separated from connecting side parts and which may be inserted between flap and at least one of said sheets on side edges for preventing mechanical joints from weakening. Such construction allows only one type of folder to be used with connecting side parts of different width, so that folder of desired thickness may be formed by user.
