SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical devices. Package for a medical device comprises a folder having a lower panel and a top panel. Lower panel comprises a front edge, a back edge and at least one medical device attachment element. Upper panel includes a front edge and a back edge connected to the specified back edge of the bottom panel with formation of a bend line passing between the top and bottom panels. Folder has a developed configuration, in which the front edges of the upper and lower panels are facing in opposite directions, and a folded configuration, in which the upper panel is applied on the lower panel along the fold line, and the front edges of the upper and lower panels are in the same direction and aligned with each other. Bottom panel has first and second side edges extending from front edge of bottom panel to bottom edge of bottom panel. Lower panel has the first slot for tension removal, which passes inside from the first side edge to the centre of the lower panel, and the second slot for tension removal, which passes inside from the second lateral edge to the centre of the lower panel. First and second cut-outs for tension removal are levelled relative to each other along the bottom panel length. Disclosed is an alternative embodiment, different packing of panels.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of complete filling of the inner part of the foil packet, maintaining smoothness of the packet and preventing formation of rigid folds and percussions leading to violation of sterile packages.
