FIELD: shipbuilding; amphibian transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: bottom of multi-purpose transport facility includes immovable part of hull and movable part secured on it with shock- absorbing members arranged between them. Movable part is made from non-woven cloth formed from longitudinal components fastened by transversal threads. Non-woven cloth may be secured on side parts of hull at preliminary tension. Steel single-core or multi-core ropes may be used as transversal threads. Flexible or profiled plastic tapes, steel bands or composite material tapes or combination of said components with tubular members may be used as longitudinal components. Rear part of non-woven cloth may extend beyond rear wall of transport facility and may be mounted for raising above lower supporting surface of transport facility. On side of front part of hull, non-woven cloth may be closed with protective cover plate. One or several longitudinal tapes and/or tubular longitudinal components may be secured on front portion of hull. Non- woven cloth may be made in form of transversal planing steps formed by partial laying of transversal fragments of flat non-woven cloth on one another.
