SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities, which slide along solid and / or water surface. Bottom of sliding vehicle is made in the form of skis with nasal bend, having continuation in the form of rear part, which are formed by upper fixed and lower movable shock-absorbing sliding parts, distance between which is provided using elastic air balloons arranged between them. Air balloons have nozzles for air filling and air bleeding, arranged longitudinally, starting with nose bend and ending with rear part, and with access to both of their ends through openings between upper fixed and lower movable damping sliding parts, the latter of which is made in the form of skin from sheets of resilient material, laid across with overlapping on each other and fixed on upper fixed part. Access to the outside of the end of each air balloon from the side of the bow bend is provided with an opening between the upper fixed and lower sliding shock absorbing movable parts, the dimensions of which enable to pass through it an inflated air balloon, fastening of air balloons is performed to nasal bend from side of its upper edge and is accessible for dismounting from outside. Shelling from sheets of resilient material on upper fixed part is performed without possibility of their mutual movement in attachment points.

EFFECT: simplified operation of air balloons by providing their servicing and replacement on the side of nose bend without need for partial or complete reduction of weight acting on the bottom.
